Johor police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said the four were arrested in a rented house on July 17.
The suspects, aged 22 to 30, tested positive for drugs and one had a criminal record, Comm Kamarul Zaman said.
“They have been operating in the house since April 2023 by turning it into a drug store,” he said.
The drugs, believed to be from a neighbouring country, would be repackaged into drink sachets and tea packages.
The seized drugs include 54.33kg of ecstasy powder, 2.21kg of Erimin 5 pills, 1.96kg of ecstasy pills, 1.22kg of ketamine, and 346g of ganja.
The repackaged drugs, priced between RM150 and RM200 each, were meant for entertainment outlets and drug addicts.
The police also confiscated six cars, jewellery, and RM455,339 in cash.
The suspects have been remanded until July 24 and the case is being investigated under the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
In a separate matter, 750 police personnel will be deployed during the final of the 2023 FA Cup between JDT and KL City.
The match will take place on July 22 at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium in Gelang Patah, Johor.
“We advise supporters to avoid bringing prohibited items into the stadium on the match day,” Comm Kamarul Zaman said.
