The Kedah Immigration Department has issued a notice stating that all staff and customers are required to wear face masks while on its premises as a precaution against the increasing number of Covid-19 cases. The notice was posted on the department’s Facebook page.
The notice, which bears the department’s logo, stipulates that effective December 14, all officers are required to wear face masks while at work to help prevent the spread of the virus.
In a separate announcement, the department stated that the Urban Transformation Centre Kedah office has been temporarily closed for sanitation work.
