The Kembara Kenali Borneo tour will continue its journey on Tuesday (Sept 5) through four districts: Sandakan, Beluran, Telupid, and Ranau.
Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, along with the convoy participants, are expected to depart from Sandakan to the Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre in Sepilok.
The convoy will also make stops at the Sabah Forestry Institute in Telupid and Tagal Sungai Moroli in the Ranau district before attending a dinner with the community at Pentas Budaya, Kundasang.
The Kembara Kenali Borneo tour, which takes place from Sept 3 to 13, began in Tawau, Sabah, and will conclude in Telok Melano, Sarawak. The tour covers a distance of 2,154km along the Pan Borneo Highway, which connects Sabah, Sarawak, and Brunei. – Bernama
