A determined policeman in KLANG, Malaysia, caught a suspect during a raid despite falling six meters. Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan shared that 32-year-old Insp Mohammad Azrin Yazid was leading a narcotics bust in Taman Sri Andalas on Oct 7 when he began chasing a suspect. The suspect escaped through the roof of a three-storey house while Insp Mohammad Azrin was on the roof. As he was attempting to climb down, the pipe he was holding onto broke, resulting in his fall. However, Insp Mohammad Azrin did not give up and successfully arrested the suspect.
During the arrest, two packets of syabu weighing approximately 104.1g were found on the suspect. Insp Mohammad Azrin later experienced pain in his neck, hands, and legs and underwent a medical check-up before being transferred to a hospital. He underwent surgery on his leg and is currently in a stable condition.
