The Malaysian singer, Vanessa Reynauld, is reportedly going to compete in the Chinese reality talent show Sing! China, according to Kwong Wah Yit Poh.

In June, the 23-year-old singer, who has Chinese-Indian heritage, shared a photo on Instagram of herself in Shanghai and mentioned that she is currently taking music lessons and participating in a filming project in China.

Award-winning composer Helen Yap commented on Vanessa’s Instagram post, wishing her luck in her career and expressing pride in her achievements.

Vanessa, who was born in Klang, gained popularity after finishing second in the 2016 Water Cube Cup singing contest. The contest, which aimed to promote cultural exchanges between China and young people from other countries, featured over 60 young participants from 42 countries.

The eighth season of Sing! China premiered on July 28, with renowned artists such as Wakin Chau, Joker Xue, Wilber Pan, and Henry Lau serving as coaches.

The discs were given to him by a friend who was moving houses.

The man was stopped by the Railway Police Bureau personnel on July 31 while going through the security checkpoint at the station. Upon inspection of his luggage, they discovered the discs with pornographic covers.
