The light aircraft that crashed in Kapar has a label on one of its wings indicating that it was manufactured by Blackshape. The label also bears the words “Gabriel” and “Aviation Safety Technology.”

According to the aircraft manufacturing company’s website, the Blackshape Gabriel was created by Italian aircraft maker Blackshape primarily for pilot training purposes.
