A police operation in Kajang led to the seizure of drugs worth more than RM14.5 million, with a luxury condominium being one of the locations raided. Bukit Aman Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department (NCID) director Comm Datuk Khaw Kok Chin stated that the luxury condominium was used as a storage facility for the drugs before distribution.

The seized drugs included 332.443kg of syabu, 6.07kg of MDMA powder, 8.1kg of Erimin 5 pills, and 15.7kg of Ecstasy pills, totaling about RM14.5 million. Comm Khaw mentioned that these drugs could have supplied around 1.8 million users.

According to initial investigations, the syndicate has been in operation since the middle of last year. Comm Khaw emphasized that the department will continue to conduct further operations targeting drug syndicates in the future.

Comm Khaw stressed the importance of ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and related criminal activities, expressing determination to pursue all individuals involved in such illicit practices.
