PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is in search of two individuals to assist them in their investigation regarding a project related to the registration, intake, and storage of biometric information for foreign workers.

Despite attempts to reach out to the pair, including through their legal representatives, the MACC has been unsuccessful in getting them to present themselves at their office.

The individuals in question are Muhammad Adlan Berhan, aged 48, with a last known address at Lot 65, Sunway Kiara Hills, Jalan 32/70A Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur; and Mansoor Saat, aged 69, with an address at 5, Jalan SS19/1C Subang Jaya, Selangor.

“Based on the MACC’s investigation with the Immigration Department, it has been determined that both suspects left Malaysia on May 17 and May 21 of this year and there is no record of their return,” stated the MACC in a press release on Monday (Aug 7).

The MACC is urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of these two individuals to contact the investigating officer Nur Muhammad Amin Jamaluddin at 03-8870 0799/016-432 2699 or email [email protected].
