KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim stated that Malaysia is making progress due to the political stability and peace established within the unity government’s first year of administration.
The Prime Minister emphasized the government’s commitment to political stability and clear policies aimed at enhancing the prosperity of Malaysians through various means such as quality education, healthcare, and direct aid to the people.
“Our focus is on advancing the country and keeping negative influences at bay, as I am certain that with this progress within a year, Malaysia will rise to even greater heights in the region.”
“This viewpoint is shared by political observers, economists, and investors,” Anwar said during a live broadcast of his interview on TV3 entitled ‘A Year With The Madani Government: The Prime Minister’s Endeavour’ that aired on Tuesday (Dec 5) night.
The Prime Minister stressed the importance of prioritizing the well-being of the people and the government’s dedication to helping Malaysians affected by the increasing cost of goods through various initiatives, including targeted subsidies and an increase in the Rahmah Cash Aid (STR).
