PETALING JAYA: Mahsa Avenue International College (MAIC) and RSG Esports are organizing a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament on Aug 5, offering players the chance to win scholarships.
The winning team will be awarded five full scholarships for diploma programs, with a total value of RM150,000. In addition, they will receive in-game items: 30,000 diamonds for first place, 20,000 for second place, and 10,000 for third place.
The tournament is limited to 64 teams, with each team comprising of five players.
Registration is free and open to gamers aged 17 and above who are not affiliated with professional players from MLBB teams.
According to a press statement, the tournament is being held to commemorate the collaboration between MAIC and RSG Esports, aimed at providing educational opportunities for esports players.
The tournament will take place at MAIC in Kuala Lumpur on Aug 5, from 9am to 7pm.
