KUALA LUMPUR: A motorcyclist who recklessly rode against traffic on the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Highway (SUKE), causing a tragic accident resulting in a fatality, is set to face charges in court on Monday (July 10). Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail announced in a statement on Sunday (July 9) that the suspect will be brought before the Ampang Jaya Magistrate’s Court. The unfortunate incident occurred on June 14 when the motorcyclist’s actions led to a man falling to his death while attempting to avoid a collision. The victim’s high-powered motorcycle crashed into a road divider, causing him to fall approximately 30m.
