Muda chief Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman emphasized that the asset declarations were not a gimmick. He stated that this process was important in ensuring accountability and allowing for investigations if a person acquires “extraordinary” assets after entering politics.

Furthermore, Muda candidates have also declared their assets during the 15th General Election. The asset declarations and signed statutory declarations have been uploaded to the party’s website.
