KUALA LUMPUR: The investigation into MYAirline and i-Serve has led to the remand of four new suspects, while the remand for the suspect detained on Monday, October 23, has been extended, according to Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) director Comm Datuk Seri Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf. A treasury assistant, aged 30, who worked at i-Serve Technology & Vacation Sdn Bhd, has been remanded for four days until Monday, October 30, along with a 33-year-old woman who worked as a finance assistant at the same company in 2013.

Another detainee, a 48-year-old man who was a Research and Development manager at i-Serve Technology & Vacation Sdn Bhd in 2006, has been remanded until Sunday, October 29, while a 68-year-old lawyer has been remanded for one day. “We also received an extension of remand until Monday, October 30, for the suspect in his 40s who was arrested last Monday,” said Comm Datuk Seri Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf on Friday, October 27.

The four latest suspects were apprehended outside the CCID headquarters on Jalan Tun Razak on Thursday around 1pm. The suspect whose remand was extended was arrested at his residence in Bangsar on Monday, October 23.
