KUALA LUMPUR: Racial unity is considered as the primary factor crucial to the harmony and well-being of both the people and the country, as pointed out by Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.
In a post shared on Istana Negara’s official Facebook page on Thursday (Aug 31), His Majesty emphasized that this principle is aligned with the theme of this year’s National Day celebration, which is “Malaysia Madani: Tekad Perpaduan, Penuhi Harapan (Determination in Unity, Fulfilling Hope)”.
Furthermore, Al-Sultan Abdullah added, “In fact, this strong unity is also the main key to the stability and prosperity of the country, serving as the foundation and source of strength that enables us to confront any present or future challenges.” – Bernama
