A fire has destroyed nine food stalls in front of Teluk Kemang Square, Port Dickson.
The Teluk Kemang fire station operations commander, Senior Fire Supt Mohd Kamal Mohd Timar, stated that firefighters were informed of the fire at 7.16pm on Saturday (Nov 11) and arrived at the location soon after.
Mohd Kamal mentioned, “All nine wooden stalls, each measuring 10 by 10 sq feet, were affected. Four were completely destroyed, while the other five sustained 25% damage.”
He also noted that there were no casualties, and the cause of the fire and the extent of the losses are still under investigation.
In addition, he mentioned that firefighters are still working at the site to ensure no further danger. – Bernama
