RapidKL plans to introduce a separate coach for women on its MRT Kajang Line trains. The company announced on social media that installation works for labels and stickers on the entrance doors of the coaches will be carried out in stages, with completion expected in two weeks. Photos accompanying the post showed entrance points to the coaches adorned with pink stickers displaying the words “Women’s Only Coach” on the doors and flooring. The sticker installation and operational testing for the women’s coach on the MRT Kajang Line is scheduled to be finished by September 17. RapidKL expressed appreciation for the cooperation and understanding of its customers in the social media post on Wednesday (September 6).
