World-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his corporate team are currently curating a special omakase set menu at Nobu Kuala Lumpur. The menu, available for a limited time, offers a meticulously crafted assortment of dishes that showcase Matsuhisa’s signature style and creativity. Matsuhisa expressed his excitement to be in Kuala Lumpur and collaborate with the team of chefs at Nobu Kuala Lumpur.
Highlights from the omakase menu include Creamy Jalapeno Hamachi and Lobster with Caviar. The Chilean seabass is also featured, which represents the fusion of Asian and South American influences that is Matsuhisa’s specialty. The menu also includes a wagyu dish paired with truffle tamari soy, and a special Hokusetsu sake pairing to enhance the dining experience.
In addition to the omakase menu, guests can enjoy an osusume menu curated by Nobu’s corporate chef Herve Courtot and corporate sushi chef Toshiyuki Shiramizu. This menu, available from September 21 to 23, offers a fusion of Japanese flavors with global inspirations.
The Chef Nobu Matsuhisa Omakase Menu is priced at RM800++ per person. The Hokusetsu sake pairing is available at an additional cost of RM300++ per person.
