KUALA LUMPUR: The Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) Minister, Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub, was rushed to a hospital in Alor Setar, Kedah after experiencing symptoms of nausea and vomiting yesterday.
In a statement by the Minister’s press secretary, Nur Syakirin Husnal, it was revealed that Salahuddin was admitted to the hospital at 10.15pm.
“Earlier, he had complained of nausea and vomiting, which prevented him from attending a scheduled programme last night,” said Husnal.
The KPDN Minister’s Office has promised to provide regular updates on Salahuddin’s health condition,” she added. – Bernama
