Political leaders from various political parties have gathered in Kampung Serkat to pay their respects to the late Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub. Among those in attendance at Masjid Jamek Dato’ Haji Noh Gadot are Umno deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, DAP chairman Lim Guan Eng, Johor PAS commissioner Abdullah Husin, PKR communications director Fahmi Fadzil, and Muda deputy president Amira Aisya Abd Aziz.
Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi and state secretary Tan Sri Azmi Rohani are also present at the mosque.
Other dignitaries include Deputy Local Government Development Minister Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir, Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister Liew Chin Tong, and Deputy Communications and Digital Minister Teo Nie Ching.
They were warmly welcomed by Parti Amanah Negara president Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu and Salahuddin’s family members.
Furthermore, it has been reported that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has arrived in Johor and is en route to the mosque.
