An 82-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of molesting a 50-year-old woman at the Magistrate’s Court in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

The accused, Liang Sing Kup, appeared before Magistrate Khairunnisak Hasni on October 31.

According to the charge sheet, Liang is accused of caressing the hands, hugging, and grabbing the head of Teng Mee Cheng, thus outraging her modesty.
