PETALING JAYA: Perikatan Nasional’s Hilman Idham has officially retained his Gombak Setia seat in Selangor with a razor-thin majority of 58 votes in the state polls.
He garnered 30,299 votes over Barisan Nasional’s Megat Zulkarnain Omardin who won 30,241 votes, while Independent candidate Mohamed Salim Mohamed Ali received 1,076 votes.
This was announced by the EC returning officer on Saturday (Aug 12).
Perikatan Nasional’s Hilman Idham has managed to keep his Gombak Setia seat in Selangor after the state polls, winning by a narrow margin of 58 votes. In the vote count, Hilman Idham received a total of 30,299 votes, defeating Barisan Nasional’s Megat Zulkarnain Omardin who obtained 30,241 votes.
