State Polls: Redevelopment of Old Hulu Kelang Strata Residences Possible if Pakatan Wins – Amirudin

Pakatan Harapan promises to revitalize old strata residences in Hulu Kelang if it wins Selangor in the Aug 12 state polls.

Caretaker Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari announced the plan, citing the many buildings in poor condition from the 70s and 80s in the constituency.

“I have visited the area multiple times recently and received feedback about the dilapidated state of the strata residences,” he stated during a ceramah at AU2 in Taman Keramat on Friday, July 21.

Amirudin expressed confidence in the success of the redevelopment plan, contingent on political alignment between the state and federal administrations.

The launch event also featured the presence of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Selangor Umno Liaison chairman Datuk Megat Zulkarnain Omardin, and Gombak Amanah Women chief Anfaal Saari.
