IPOH: Police in Ipoh have identified the suspects involved in a fight that occurred near Tanjung Rambutan. Ipoh OCPD ACP Yahaya Hasan has urged the suspects to surrender themselves to the nearest police station. “It is believed that the suspects are in their 30s. We have yet to make any arrests but are actively searching for them,” he said on Sunday (July 30).

A 16-second video of the fight, which took place on Thursday (July 27) at 5:30 pm, went viral on Whatsapp on Saturday (July 29). In the video, the suspects can be seen using rattan canes during the fight. The case is now being investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code for rioting with a weapon.
