Kuantan district police chief ACP Wan Mohd Zahari Wan Busu said the victim, Mohamad Amirul Haikal Che Jaafar, the youngest of seven siblings, was last seen at 3:50 pm. The authorities have activated a search and rescue operation in response to the incident.
