Three investigation papers into Save Malaysia rally to be handed to AGC on Sept 22, says Bukit Aman

PETALING JAYA: The Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) will receive three investigation papers related to the Save Malaysia rally that took place on Sept 16, announced Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain, the Bukit Aman CID director. The investigations focused on 29 individuals and were conducted under the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 and Section 505 of the Penal Code, he stated at a press conference on Thursday, Sept 21.

Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain informed that the papers addressing the gathering that occurred in the federal capital without a permit would be sent to the AGC the following day, Sept 22.
