ALOR SETAR: Tragedy struck in Kampung Sungai Limau, Baling as a 16-month-old baby boy was tragically found drowned in a nearby river on Saturday (July 8). Despite the efforts put into a search and rescue operation, the young victim was discovered lifeless. Baling OCPD Supt Shamsudin Mamat shared, “Currently we are awaiting the identification of the deceased from the victim’s parents or guardian.” The incident took place in the afternoon while the child was reportedly with his family.
