IPOH: Two people were killed and another seriously injured after the car they were in lost control and crashed into an electric post at Jalan Kuala Kangsar at about 2.15am on Sunday (Aug 20).
Perak Fire and Rescue Department operations centre officer-in-charge Saiful Rizan Sulaiman said the two deceased were declared dead at the scene by medical personnel.
“When the firemen arrived at the location at about 2.25am, we found three men trapped in the wreckage. The injured victim was sent to the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospita by an ambulance,” he said in a statement.
“All the victims are in their 30s,” he added, saying that the operation ended at 4.30am.
Two individuals lost their lives and another suffered serious injuries after the vehicle they were traveling in lost control and collided with an electric post along Jalan Kuala Kangsar at approximately 2.15am on Sunday, August 20.
The Perak Fire and Rescue Department’s operations centre officer-in-charge, Saiful Rizan Sulaiman, disclosed that the medical personnel at the scene pronounced the two deceased individuals dead.
Saiful Rizan Sulaiman stated, “When the firemen arrived at the location around 2.25am, we discovered three men trapped in the wreckage. The injured victim was immediately transported to Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital via an ambulance.”
He further revealed, “All the victims involved in the accident were in their 30s.” The operation concluded at 4.30am.
