KLANG: Authorities from the Fire And Rescue Department were summoned to the location after law enforcement officers discovered an unidentified corpse in a drain along Jalan Kebun in this area.
According to Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar, the assistant director (operations) of the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department, they were notified of the incident at approximately 10:29 pm on Sunday (Aug 27).
When contacted on Monday (Aug 28), Mukhtar stated, “The police informed us that they found a body in the drain along Jalan Kebun in this vicinity.”
“They sought our assistance in providing a ladder for them to extract the body,” he further added.
During the incident, the fire and rescue personnel present at the scene closely monitored the situation as the police employed the ladder to retrieve the body from the drain.
