Workshop owner shot dead in Machang

A car workshop owner was discovered dead with gunshot wounds inside a four-wheel drive vehicle in Kampung Hutan Kuin, Machang. The victim’s uncle, Zuki Ibrahim, age 38, learned about the incident from the victim’s wife on Sunday evening, September 17th. Zuki, who was returning from Kuala Lumpur at the time, immediately went to Machang Hospital to retrieve his 37-year-old nephew’s body, but was informed that it was still at the crime scene. Zuki mentioned that he had not seen his nephew for about a month and was told that the victim had come to Machang from Pasir Puteh to purchase spare parts for his workshop. Authorities are currently carrying out investigations at the scene of the crime.
