Manchester United are not the only club interested in Sofyan Amrabat, the midfielder’s agent has claimed.
The Fiorentina player is reportedly available for £26million this summer after impressing at the Qatar World Cup with Morocco, which earned him admiring glances from Liverpool and Tottenham.
Reports in Italy suggest United have offered to pay £21.5m for Amrabat, who is said to have made his desire to move to Manchester clear.
His agent, Mahmoud El Boustati, has admitted he “assumes” the 26-year-old will leave Fiorentina in the transfer window but has said clubs from big-spending Saudi Arabia are among those keen on a deal.
He stated to Voetbal Primeur: “Quite a few clubs are interested in Sofyan.
“It is now a matter of making the right choice. He is still just a Fiorentina player and he reported to Fiorentina on Monday.
“If something interesting comes up, Sofyan is open to the step, Fiorentina too. There are two, three clubs that he is open to.
“There is interest from Saudi Arabia. But there is no concrete offer or concrete interest.”
