DALLAS, TEXAS — FC Barcelona embarked on the second leg of their American tour on Friday, after nine days of training and a game in Los Angeles. Their next destination was Dallas, where they immediately left the airport and headed to the AT&T Stadium for their final practice session before the highly anticipated El Clásico on Saturday.
The training session coincided with Real Madrid’s practice at the AT&T Stadium and included all the available players from both teams.
Barça’s Familiarity with AT&T
The AT&T Stadium is a truly unique venue. As the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys, it boasts a striking architectural design and can accommodate up to 80,000 spectators. Barça’s most recent encounter at this stadium was against AS Roma in the summer of 2018, resulting in a disappointing loss. Additionally, the stadium holds a special significance for Barça, as it was inaugurated on May 27, 2009, the same day they clinched their third Champions League title at Wembley.
