By Grace Cyril: Dhanush’s ‘Captain Miller’ has already created a lot of hype among the audience. The period film is written and directed by Arun Matheswaran of ‘Rocky and Saani Kaayidham’ fame. The film is billed as an action-adventure drama set in the pre-Independence era. On Dhanush’s 40th birthday today, July 28, the makers unveiled the teaser for ‘Captain Miller’ just as the clock struck 12 am.
‘CAPTAIN MILLER TEASER OUT’
On June 30, Dhanush took to Instagram and treated fans with his intriguing looks from the upcoming film, Captain Miller. And now, the teaser of the film is out too. The teaser shows Dhanush in his action-packed avatar with a rugged look. The short video promises lots of entertainment and action. It begings with a wanted poster for a person named Miller aka Eesa aka Analeesan (played by Dhanush). There is a handsome amount as a reward for the one who finds him. Later, we see lots of action sequences featuring Dhanush in a fierce avatar.

ABOUT ‘CAPTAIN MILLER’
Written and directed by Arun Matheswaran, ‘Captain Miller’ is a period action flick set in the 1980s. The film features Dhanush, Shiva Rajkumar, Priyanka Mohan, Nivedhithaa Sathish, John Kokken and Moor will be seen in important roles. Superstar Shiva Rajkumar from the Kannada film industry has been roped in to play Dhanush’s elder brother. The film is expected to hit theatres in 2023. GV Prakash Kumar composed the songs and original score for the movie, which is bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films.
