ZTE has launched the nubia Neo 5G in Malaysia, targeting the sub RM1000 mid-range phone category. With a cyberpunk design and budget gaming appeal, this phone offers 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It boasts a 6.6-inch IPS display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The 4500mAh battery supports 22.5W fast charging, and it runs Android 13 out of the box.
The nubia Neo 5G is equipped with a UNISOC T820 processor clocked at 2.7GHz. To enhance gaming performance, it features a multi-layer heat dissipation system for optimal gameplay. It also has a battery bypass feature that prevents overheating during gaming sessions.
For photography enthusiasts, it sports a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth camera. The front camera captures 8-megapixel stills.
The nubia Neo 5G supports Malaysia’s 5G networks and is available in Phantom Black and War-Damaged Yellow color options. Preorders are open from July 16th to 23rd, offering the first 50 customers a discounted price of RM869 instead of the usual RM899.
