The popular fanfiction platform, Archive of Our Own (AO3), is currently under attack from distributed-denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. Since Monday, the website has been forced offline. AO3 acknowledged the outage on their official Twitter account on July 10th, confirming that it was due to a DDoS attack that overwhelmed their servers.
