    Real Madrid and AC Milan are set to kick off the US summer friendlies with an exhibition match at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, CA on Sunday (10:10 pm ET). This game is part of the 2023 Soccer Champions Tour and marks Real Madrid’s first pre-season friendly ahead of the 2023-24 season, as reported by Marca.

    The match will serve as an opportunity for both European giants to fine-tune their game plans and start building towards next season’s goals. However, Barcelona and Juventus have been forced to cancel their initial game in the tournament due to a stomach virus affecting several members of the LaLiga squad.

    Real Madrid and Milan will renew their longstanding rivalry, this time on American soil. Both clubs have unfinished business not only in the UEFA Champions League but also a history of intense competition on and off the field, as they constantly strive to assert their dominance over one another.

    Adding to the excitement, the match will be played in front of more than 100,000 fans at a packed Rose Bowl Stadium, generating significant revenue for both renowned European clubs.

    During the Soccer Champions Tour, Real Madrid will face four opponents. Their schedule includes matches against AC Milan (Los Angeles), Manchester United (Houston), Barcelona (Dallas), and Juventus (Orlando).

    As of now, Carlo Ancelotti’s squad for the tour consists of:

    • Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin, Diego Piñeiro, and Fran.
    • Defenders: Carvajal, Militão, Alaba, Nacho, Odriozola, Lucas V., Fran García, Rüdiger, and Mendy.
    • Midfielders: Bellingham, Kroos, Modri, Camavinga, Valverde, Tchouameni, Arda Güler, and Nico Paz.
    • Strikers: Vini Jr., Rodrygo, Joselu, and Brahim.
