BERLIN: Impressive corals, colourful fish and all kinds of other sea creatures: the underwater paradise in “Dave the Diver” is unlike anything on land.
Dave is a passionate diver who has moved to the Philippines to run a sushi place.

As Dave, players have to dive deep into the seas during the day and catch a variety of fish for the chef to prepare. You can also accept orders from other people, but beware that characters both in the water and on land have their own secrets to hide.
Dave dives twice a day. This is no small feat given the oxygen supply only lasts for about 2 minutes each time, while you also need to make sure that the catch doesn’t become too heavy.

Meanwhile aggressive fish and gigantic, voracious sea monsters make things even more difficult, but since weapons and equipment can be upgraded, the job becomes a bit easier over time.
In the evening, Dave has his hands full working at the sushi restaurant. As the player you don’t have to prepare the meals, but everything else, from bookkeeping and decorating to setting the table, menu planning and service, is down to you. And if the restaurant runs out of fish that’s also on you.
Making cocktails is also part of Dave’s evening shift at the sushi restaurant.
Although diving and waiting tables are repetitive tasks, “Dave the Diver” offers a lot of variety thanks to a good storyline and many challenging tasks, with up to 45 hours of gameplay possible.
